Shall Bridgewater Township adopt Ordinance Number 46? It is an ordinance which amends the Township Zoning Ordinance by adding an open space preservation option. It also changes the Zoning Ordinance standards for lot size, lot width, setbacks and lot coverage. The minimum lot size in AG districts is increased from 2 to 5 acres unless developed with a cluster option.
