Shall the limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be assessed against all real and tangible personal property in the Township of Northfield, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be increased as provided by Section 6, Article IX of the Constitution of Michigan, 1963, by the renewal of an amount equal to two mill ($2.00 on each $1,000) of the state equalized valuation or taxable value when different for a period of five (5) years, 2007-2011, inclusive, and shall the levy be authorized, for the purpose of providing revenue for police protection in Northfield Township, which increase will raise in the first year of levy, the estimated revenue of $674,324.08.
