Shall the limitation on the total general ad valorem taxes which may be assessed in any one year upon real and tangible personal property in the Charter Township of Superior, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be increased, as provided by Section 6 of Article IX of the Constitution of Michigan, 1963, by renewal of an amount equal to 1.00 mills ($1.00 per $1,000) and an increase of .50 mills ($0.50 per $1,000) of taxable value for a period of five (5) years, 2004-2008, inclusive, and shall the levy of such a tax be authorized for the purpose of providing additional revenue for law enforcement, which increase will raise in the first year of such levy an estimated $651,786.85.
