Shall the limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be assessed in any one year upon real and tangible personal property in the Township of Northfield, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be increased, as provided by Section 6 of Article IX of the Michigan Constitution, 1963, by the renewal of the amount equal to one-half (1/2) mill ($.50 per $1,000.00) of the state equalized valuation for a period of five (5) years, 2005-2009, inclusive, and shall the levy of such a tax be authorized, for the purpose of providing revenue for medical rescue service, which increase will raise in the first year of levy the estimated revenue of $154,512.14.
