Shall the tax limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be assessed in any one year upon real and tangible personal property in the Charter Township of Augusta, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be increased as provided by Section 6, Article IX of the constitution of Michigan, 1963, by renewal of an amount equal to .75 mill (75 cents per $1,000) of taxable value and an increase of .25 mill (25 cents per $1,000) of the taxable value for a period of five (5) years from 2004-2008 inclusive, and shall the levy of such tax be authorized, for the purpose of providing additional revenue for fire protection, prevention and safety which increase will raise the first year of such levy an estimated $167,228
