Shall the Dexter District Library, Counties of Washtenaw and Livingston, renew the previously voted increase in the tax limitation that expires in 2010 in an amount not to exceed .6925 mill ($.6925 on each $1,000 dollars of taxable value) against all taxable real and tangible personal property within the Dexter District Library District for a period of six (6) years, 2011 to 2016, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for all district library purposes authorized by law; and shall the Dexter District Library levy such millage for said purpose; the estimate of the revenue the Dexter District Library will collect if the millage is approved and levied by the Library in the 2011 calendar year is approximately $685,000? A portion of the revenue collected may be subject to capture by the Dexter Downtown Development Authority and the Scio Township Downtown Development Authority.
